Semi-Custom Builds
Custom skins, graphic wraps, and branded overlays applied over our rental furniture base. Faster turnaround, lower investment, premium finish. The right choice when timeline is tight or the activation is short-term.
Fully Bespoke Builds
Full pop up shop design and fabrication from scratch. Includes structural design, material specification, retail display fabrication, delivery, installation, and de-rig. Built to luxury finishes with every detail resolved before anything is cut.
Our Build Process

• Concept and 3D render – You see the space before it is built.
• Material and finish specification – Selected to balance impact, practicality, and budget.
• Retail display fabrication – Executed in-house or via our verified production partners in the UAE.

What We Need From You
Your brand guidelines or visual references, the venue or space dimensions, your activation dates, and an indication of whether you are looking at a semi-custom or fully bespoke build. If you are still scoping, that is fine – the initial consultation is where we work that out together.
Timeline
Semi-custom builds typically require 2–3 weeks from brief sign-off. Fully bespoke builds require a minimum of 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity, material lead times, and installation requirements. We will confirm the realistic timeline for your project at the consultation stage.
Not Included
Venue sourcing, permits, staffing, event management, and paid media. These can be scoped separately or as part of a combined package.
